هذا التطبيق تديره مدارس الأقمار الأهلية. يستخدمه الطلبة وأولياء الأمور والمدرّسون وإدارة المدرسة. تشرح هذه الصفحة ما يجمعه التطبيق ولماذا، ومن يمكنه الاطلاع عليه، ومتى يُحذف.

التطبيق لا يجمع الموقع الجغرافي، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا أي بيانات مالية عن الأفراد، ولا يحتوي على إعلانات، ولا يستخدم أي أداة تتبّع لأغراض التسويق.
صورة وثيقة الهوية — وهذه نوضّحها صراحةً
يواجه هذا النظام مشكلة واقعية: أن يدخل الطالب إلى حساب وليّ أمره فيمنعه من رؤية درجاته. ولأن الطالب وولي أمره في البيت نفسه، فإن أي تحقّق تلقائي — رسالة نصية أو بريد إلكتروني — يصل إلى البيت نفسه. لذلك ينظر موظف في المدرسة إلى صورة وثيقة هوية وليّ الأمر ويقرّر.
لا نحتفظ بالصورة. يرسلها وليّ الأمر، وينظر إليها موظف مُسمّى، وتُحذف من الخادم في اللحظة التي يوافق فيها أو يرفض. ما تحتفظ به المدرسة هو القرار نفسه ومن اتخذه ومتى. ولا يعرض التطبيق هذه الصورة في أي مكان آخر، ولا يمكن الوصول إليها عبر رابط يمكن إعادة إرساله.
الرسائل ليست مشفّرة من طرف إلى طرف
الرسائل مشفّرة أثناء النقل وفي التخزين، لكن خادم المدرسة يستطيع قراءتها. هذا قرار مقصود يتعلق بحماية الطلبة: على المدرسة أن تكون قادرة على مراجعة ما يُقال لطالب لديها. نذكره هنا لأن القول بغير ذلك سيكون غير صحيح.
من يرى ماذا
- وليّ الأمر يرى سجل أبنائه المرتبطين بحسابه فقط، وبعد أن توافق المدرسة على الحساب.
- الطالب يرى سجله هو.
- المدرّس يرى الصفوف المُسندة إليه.
- الإدارة ترى ما تقتضيه إدارة المدرسة.
الدرجات لا تظهر لوليّ الأمر إلا بعد أن تعتمدها المدرسة وتصدرها. والدرجة المسوّدة تبقى عند المدرّس.
أين تُحفظ البيانات ومع من تُشارك
تُحفظ البيانات على خادم تتحكم به المدرسة، وتُحفظ ملفات الدروس في مساحة تخزين خاصة تابعة للمدرسة. لا نبيع أي بيانات ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. نستعين بمزوّدي خدمة لتشغيل النظام فقط:
- DigitalOcean — استضافة الخادم
- Amazon Web Services (S3) — تخزين ملفات الدروس
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — إيصال الإشعارات
- Postmark — إرسال رسائل البريد الإلكتروني للحساب
الأطفال
هذا تطبيق مدرسي، ومن بين مستخدميه أطفال دون الثالثة عشرة. تُنشئ المدرسة حسابات الطلبة، ولا يستطيع الطفل إنشاء حساب بنفسه. لا توجد إعلانات، ولا شراء داخل التطبيق، ولا أي محتوى يُنشئه مستخدمون غرباء. ولوليّ الأمر أن يطلب من المدرسة الاطلاع على بيانات طفله أو حذفها.
حقوقك
يمكنك أن تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بمراسلة alaqmarschool82@gmail.com. بعض السجلات — كسجلات الحضور والدرجات — تلتزم المدرسة بحفظها مدة معيّنة، وسنوضّح ذلك عند الرد.
تغييرات على هذه السياسة
إذا تغيّر ما يجمعه التطبيق، تتغيّر هذه الصفحة ويتغيّر تاريخ التحديث أعلاه.

This app is run by Alaqmar Private Schools (مدارس الأقمار الأهلية). It is used by learners, parents, teachers and school administrators. This page explains what the app collects and why, who can see it, and when it is deleted.
Who we are
The controller of this data is Alaqmar Private Schools (مدارس الأقمار الأهلية), Zayouna, Maysaloun Square, opposite Sanabel Lebanon, Baghdad, Iraq. Questions or requests: alaqmarschool82@gmail.com.
What we collect

The app does not collect location, contacts, or any financial information about individuals. It contains no advertising and no marketing tracker of any kind.
The identity photograph — stated plainly
This system addresses a real problem: a learner signing in to their parent's account to stop them seeing their marks. Because the learner and the parent are in the same house, every automatic check — an SMS, an email — arrives at that same house. So a member of school staff looks at a photograph of the parent's identity document and decides.
We do not keep the photograph. A parent sends one, a named member of staff looks at it, and it is deleted from the server at the moment they approve or reject. What the school keeps is the decision, who made it and when. The app displays the photograph nowhere else, and it is never reachable by a link that could be forwarded.
Messages are not end-to-end encrypted
Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest, but the school's server can read them. That is a deliberate safeguarding decision: a school must be able to review what is said to a child in its care. We state it here because saying otherwise would be untrue.
Who sees what
- A parent sees only the children linked to their account, and only after the school has approved that account.
- A learner sees their own record.
- A teacher sees the classes assigned to them.
- Administrators see what running the school requires.
Marks do not appear to a parent until the school has approved and released them. A draft mark stays with the teacher.
Where data is stored, and who it is shared with
Data is held on a server the school controls, and lesson files in private storage belonging to the school. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising. We use service providers only to run the system:
- DigitalOcean — server hosting
- Amazon Web Services (S3) — lesson file storage
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — notification delivery
- Postmark — account emails
Children
This is a school app and some of its users are children under 13. The school creates learner accounts; a child cannot create one. There is no advertising, no in-app purchase, and no content authored by strangers. A parent may ask the school to see or delete their child's data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to alaqmarschool82@gmail.com. Some records — attendance and marks among them — the school is obliged to keep for a set period, and we will say so when we reply.
Changes to this policy
If what the app collects changes, this page changes and the date at the top changes with it.
